Yes, we ship worldwide!

What are the shipping methods?

We offer worldwide shipping with our courier PostNL. You can also place a order online and collect your item in our store. Make sure you choose this option during checkout. 

What are the shipping costs?

The costs for shipping within The Netherlands are 3.95 euro for letterbox packages and 4.95 for regular packages. We offer free shipping for orders above 60 euro in The Netherlands. Costs for shipping outside The Netherlands differ per country and are displayed during checkout.

When will I receive my order?

Orders to addresses within The Netherlands are shipped within 1-2 business days. The actual delivery time depends on the delivery service. Delivery time for orders to addresses outside The Netherlands differs per country.

Can I trace my order?

Yes! After shipping your order, we will send you a track & trace code that allows you to trace your order.

Pick-up in store 

Can I pick-up purchases in the store?

Yes, you can pick-up your (online) purchases in the store. Please choose this option during check out. You will receive a confirmation once your purchase is ready for pick-up. 

Can I return purchases in the store?

Yes, you can return your (online) purchases in the store. You can return any item to us within 14 days. Please be aware of our opening days. 

What measures do you take to reduce the risk of Covid-19?

We take the virus very seriously. Therefore we have taken several safety measures. We allow 5 customers at once in our store to ensure 1,5 meter distance. We offer hand hygiene at the entrance and nearby our pin machines and we clean our store and products thoroughly on a daily base.
