What are the payment methods?
We accept payments via iDEAL (The Netherlands), Bancontact (Belgium), all major creditcards and Klarna.
Will I receive a paper invoice?
We believe in a paperless world. Therefore you will receive your invoice via e-mail.
Will I receive a confirmation of my order?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation via email after you successfully place your order. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email with your PostNL track & trace code from when your order is packed and ready to be shipped.
Do you ship outside The Netherlands?
Yes, we ship worldwide!
What are the shipping methods?
We offer worldwide shipping with our courier PostNL. You can also place a order online and collect your item in our store. Make sure you choose this option during checkout.
What are the shipping costs?
The costs for shipping within The Netherlands are from 3.95 euro. We offer free shipping for orders above 150 euro in The Netherlands. Costs for shipping outside The Netherlands differ per country and are displayed during checkout.
When will I receive my order?
Orders to addresses within The Netherlands are delivered in 1-2 business days. Delivery time for orders to addresses outside The Netherlands differs per country.
Can I trace my order?
Yes! After shipping your order, we will send you a track & trace code that allows you to trace your order.
How long do I have to return my order?
You can return any item to us within 14 days of receiving your order. You can do so by sending us an e-mail to email@example.com. Make sure your items are in the original condition. The costs for returning are on you.
What are the opening hours?
We are open on Friday and Saturday from 11am until 4pm. On all other days you are welcome in our store by appointment. Appointments are possible during business hours and evenings. Please fill out our contact form or send us an email to plan your visit.
What are the payment methods in your physical store?
We only accept card payments in our store. We do not carry cash.
Can I return purchases in the store?
Yes, you can return your (online) purchases in the store. You can return any item to us within 14 days. Please be aware of our opening days.
What measures do you take to reduce the risk of Covid-19?
We take the virus very seriously. Therefore we have taken several safety measures. We allow 2 customers at once in our store to ensure 1.5 meter distance. We offer hand hygiene at the entrance and nearby our pin machines and we clean our store and products thoroughly on a daily base.
