Morocco is blessed with rich and varied flora, which has allowed basketwork to flourish since prehistoric times. Originally, basketwork was only done by men, whereas today most master craftsmen are women. A variety of fibres are used in traditional Moroccan basketry. This item is made out of seagrass. According to the master craftsmen who make them, basketry objects are poems composed of strands and threads instead of words. This triangle pendant will be an eyecatcher in any room. Note: this pendant has a string loop to hang to the ceiling. The pendant comes without a cable or fitting.
